What makes the Chevy Silverado ZR2 Bison such an exciting launch? American Expedition Vehicles is a premium off-road aftermarket manufacturer. Through their collaboration, Chevrolet and AEV crafted a pickup truck with fine-tuned prowess on any terrain. From backcountry adventures to mountain treks, the Chevy Silverado ZR2 Bison provides the perfect vessel, with an estimated 23.4-degree departure angle and 11.2 inches of ground clearance. The truck will feature AEV-stamped front and rear bumpers, which were built using 3-millimeter-thick steel. According to the press release, this steel is three-and-a-half times stronger than an equivalent steel plate on other trucks. As far as the engine, the Chevy Silverado ZR2 Bison will feature a 6.2L V8 with a 10-speed automatic transmission, delivering 420 horsepower and 460 lb.-ft. of torque.
