I completed a google review noting the great experience with Wayne at Preston Chevrolet. I live out of state and was frustrated with lack of communication and assistance from local dealers. One dealer ghosted me once I was trying to set up a time to test drive. I reached out to Preston via the main Chevrolet website, utilizing the current inventory tab. I filtered down on what I was looking for and sent a message requesting information. Wayne at Preston reached out within a few minutes and started the ball rolling. That was the end of the day communication, since I sent the message near 730pm. By the next morning, we were working on a plan to ship/deliver the truck to me. Wayne kept in great communication throughout the day and we had our new 2025 2500HD by the end of the day. Shout out to Wayne and Preston Chevrolet.

My experience at the dealership went very well but I’m highly disappointed in GM. It took almost a month and half to determine and approve replacing the transmission in my vehicle. I’ve owned roughly 15 different vehicles from Mercedes to Toyota and this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a manufacturer. Again, the dealership was great, GM not so much.

The GM Chris Green was super helpful by finding me the vehicle I wanted. He made the process painless and super convenient for me which was a relief. Everyone from the sales person to the finance person made this purchase the smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I won’t be doing business elsewhere, I highly recommend!

Saturday hours for customers that work during the week is a plus. I am happy to see Preston is trying to keep JP Chevrolet family style business alive. Bill Church and his son Billie were a staple at this site on Saturdays. I miss that! I don’t know the manager or Owner now. I bought my first 85 Camero here at age 23. I am now a 62 yr old Grandmother which owns a Chevy Equinox. I feel safe with my grandson and still go this dealership. Just feels comfortable.

Service was excellent, Wayne found exactly what we were looking for. We had went to Bob Bell and they said there was nothing in a 300 mile radius. I just happened to call Preston Chevrolet because it popped up on the computer when looking for dealers. We are very satisfied with our purchase. Wayne deserves a lot of credit, he called me back several times with questions.

The service that was provided for my vehicle was outstanding. However, I feel like the inconsistency with pricing was a little disappointing. Most Chevy dealerships that I go to for an oil change and tire rotation. I usually pay around $120, to include the last time I was at Preston. However, this time I was charged $169 which seems extremely high for an oil change and very inconsistent for what I have paid recently for oil changes for that vehicle.

The girl working the service counter was pleasant and nice. They took my car back right away and a little more than 30 minutes later she called me out of the waiting room to let me know it was all done. She gave me a discount from one of the one I received in the mail and had me on the way. Thank you, this was the best service I have ever had

My truck is still have issues with the transmission. I was told to ride it out for a couple miles. Hopefully that fixes the problem if not I will be letting you know. Greatly appreciate the work that was done.

Front desk service person totally unaware. Never advised that there was a diagnostic charge of $197.50 even though I told them what the problem was as the light on the dash told me what the problem was.

I had an issue with my vehicle showing low battery voltage, which caused my parking brake to get stuck. I called Preston’s service department, and they were able to get me in right away. Despite the approaching snowstorm, they diagnosed and fixed the problem in under 24 hours. The team was professional, communicated clearly about what needed to be done, and got me back on the road before the weather hit. Really appreciated their quick response and quality service when I needed it most. Highly recommend Preston's service department for anyone needing reliable and timely vehicle repairs.

Super Fast! Dropped my suv off the morning of the service. Picked it up the next day. GM paid for it as well. Being my 1st oil change/tire rotation for my brand new purchase last year.

Only issue was getting the inspection done. Got the notice several times and took it in, but told my truck wasn't on the list. This time, got an oil change to a heavier oil. All is fine. I went and bought a new Chevy for my wife . there a few weeks later. Fine people there, everything is just so expensive Parts/accessories.
